The development will have a very positive fiscal impact on the County /State/ City of Greenbelt with approximately 7,054 new permanent jobs, 9,526 temporary construction jobs and $2.75 Billion in direct revenues.
Greenbelt Station is scheduled to break ground in 2006. The first phase of development will include residential units and the neighborhood retail center with an exceptional builder team that includes Fairfield Residential, and Pulte Home Corporation.
